Mahalo for your interest in joining our Ola 'Ohana... it truly takes a family of dedicated staff to create our award-winning brews and run our Taprooms! Below are some of the types of roles that make up our team otherwise continue scrolling below to see our current openings.

Cellar & Production Staff

Responsible for brewing, canning, packaging and cleaning. Also assists with fruit processing and ingredient sourcing as needed.

Warehouse Staff

Responsible for getting our finished product safely stored in our warehouse or onto trucks for distribution. Must be confident driving a forklift and able to lift at least 75lbs.

​

Draft Techs

Responsible for keeping our taps squeaky clean and in working order. They also support our bar and restaurant accounts to ensure their customers are getting the best possible Ola Brew experience.

​

Sales

Responsible for getting our brews out to more of you! Our Sales team looks after both our retail and on-premise accounts across Hawai'i and select parts of Southern California.
 

Marketing

Responsible for spreading the word about what we do via social media, email newsletters, events, sponsorship, merch, special collaborations and much more!

​

Accounting

Responsible for ensuring our numbers add up and our amazing staff + farmers get paid on time.

​

Administration

Responsible for answering your phone calls and emails. They also assist as needed to support the rest of our growing team and customer's needs.
 

Front Of House

Responsible for pouring your drinks and getting your food orders out to you quick. They also specialize in cracking jokes and showcasing what the aloha spirit is all about.

Kitchen Staff

Responsible for prepping and cooking up those tasty bites our customers have come to crave.
