All the perceived sweetness actually comes from the ground Kiawe pods, providing an array of nutty, caramel, chocolate and even smoky impressions, underlined and emphasized by rich vanilla beans.

The mouthfeel is creamy at first, building into more roasted character and just a slight, savory bitterness from all its components.
